As Salem unhappily prepares for his upcoming class reunion, Hilda and Zelda have to go to the Other Realm in order to become licensed to run the clock shop. While they're gone, Sabrina and Dreama find the perfect date for Salem to take to his reunion: Dreama's cat Juliette, a former witch that got caught trying to take over the universe. After taking care of that, Sabrina goes to work with Mrs. Quick, trying to uncover a story about the lackluster food being served in the cafeteria and if it could be tied to Mr. Kraft's sudden wealth. However, their story falls through when their source claims supernatural events have been going on at school, having witnessed Sabrina and Dreama using magic recently.
Sabrina then finds out that Juliette only wanted Salem to take her to the reunion so that she could reunite with her high school sweetheart, and Salem has to deal with seeing the bully who made his life a living hell, Billy Luto.
The puppet that is used to portray Juliette was also used for another witch-turned-cat, Hilary, in the TV movie "Sabrina Down Under."
The title alludes to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.
The tipster's name "Sore Throat" is an allusion to "Deep Throat" who served as Bob Woodward's tipster, when they were trying to expose the coverup behind the Watergate scandal.
Salem is seen in human form as a teenager in a flashback, but he is covering his face with his hands.
