Phil the Dog was first seen in "Witchright Hall," he was seen as the PE Teacher at Witchright Hall. He was seen as a tough and marine-like teacher making the students take a cold shower and do push-ups.
Later in "The Gift of Gab " pretending to be a stray dog using Hilda and Zelda Spellman. He was then caught by Even Steven when he was tricked into talking, which then led him to being sent to The Other Realm Obedience School.
