Sabrina hears from the Other Realm that her house has to undergo a magical-systems check since such little magic has been used lately. She tries to keep Roxie and Morgan from finding out. But when Roxie gets suspicious, Sabrina uses her magic to gain Roxie's trust by making a Trust Elixir smoothie. The spell gets out of control and has everyone in the neighborhood following her based on blind faith which eventually literally makes her blind. When Roxie's trust becomes self-destructive, Sabrina must prove that she herself is trusting of her friends in order to undo the spell.
Meanwhile, Salem tricks Morgan into drinking the Trust Elixir and makes her his slave.
This is the first time Louisa has a speaking appearance since the high school seasons. Her voice is different as previously, it was done by Caroline Rhea (Hilda) with her voice being sped up, but her Louisa's voice is provided by Annie O'Donnell here. This episode also marks the final time Louisa speaks.
This is the last time Sabrina reveals that she is a witch to someone. It is also the first and only time Sabrina willingly tells someone her secret; excluding times when their memory would be erased after.
This is the first time that mail has popped up from the toaster since Hilda and Zelda left.

Roxie reveals that she has an "I <3 Hanson" tattoo. We found out that she dated Isaac Hanson in the Season 6 episode "A Birthday Witch," where the musician appears.
